I FINALLY GOT MY IPOD NANO!

after thinking for days, ipod nano is finally in my hands.. haha.. abit slow la when so many ppl already got their ipod nano.. but must understand wat.. had this craving only last week lei.. haha.. bought it thru my uncle at a cheap cheap price.. cheap until unbelievable! haha.. 4G for just $3**.**.. haha.. uncle say cant tell the price wor.. he sold me the accessories at cheap cheap price too.. got all the stuffs under the market price of $438. hee!

today pon physics lecture.. i din listen in lectures for week already so no point going when i dun understand a single thing.. haiz.. means tt i have to work alot alot alot of times harder to get all the concepts in before the exams.. stress ah.. and im still slacking now... but this time i have ipod nano's company!

going to last thru this week then start studying from next week onwards.. will be in the lib almost everyday after tt i guess.. have to train up my fitness too.. prepare myself for the Aug NAPFA.. cos i din complete it in May.. haha! then i going to tune my body.. of cos get healthier.. cos i got this feeling im very unhealthy now.. really.. just a feeling (always a feeling before i fall sick).. lotsa things to do this mth.. but of cos cant forget abt my frens.. going to ask them out one by one.. Calvin, clique ppl and shen bian(thou see them almost everyday)..

holidays is finally here! but tt means tt we all have to study like siao this holiday for the coming mid year.. boo hoo.. is every topic from last year till now.. think i will have great great trouble studying..

had Chem SPA last on fri.. i overslept and woke up at 630.. haha.. din even paniced.. dunno why.. then i waited for 15 mins with no signs of taxi.. not even occupied cab.. so had to wake daddy up to drive me to sch.. poor thing.. cos i got scolded for not being late but for attempting to take a cab to sch.. daddy say ex.. lol!

the rest of the week was boring.. the most boring day i week i can ever think of.. so i shall just tok abt some misc stuff then.. i saw this advertisement on SBS buses.. this poster saying tt u can win an ipod nano if u just tap in and out.. ok.. so i just thot is another ad.. but as i see it for the whole of last week, i suddenly had a craving for tt gadget.. so yup.. went to find more info abt tt gadget.. then ask on reviews.. and today i decided to buy it thru my uncle who sell apple products.. but i have to wait till mon cos he dun open his shop till mon!

anw, i went video surfing and thot of finding some X Men 3 clips to feed my craving.. then i found this short clip.. interesting enough.. i thot it was a movie.. haha..

I din have much time and energy to type entry this week so i have to do it tonight.. went to watch the volleyball match at Toa Payoh sports hall.. our girls team are in the final but not for the guys this yr.. i stayed on after the girls match to watch theguys.. AJC vs TJC.. wow.. it was much much more interesting than the girls match.. had dinner and went home after tt..

thurs was horrible.. hate tt day.. it wasnt very lucky for me.. i had to take my NAPFA on tt day.. well.. it was of my knowledge tt 2.4km run is supposed to be first before the stations.. in the end we had to do stations first then the run.. knew it will drain my energy but wat can i do.. well.. the results of the 5 stations were good.. A5 for all items.. finally when i was abt to take the run.. i feel tt my energy level was down down down!

i dun care! i have to take the run if not my efforts are wasted so i continue the run which proved not to be a very wise choice when i "sort of" fainted after the 3rd run.. it wasnt planned.. i sort of cant see properly with white flashes then i start running more to my left and eventually fall on the grass patch.. at tt moment, i was totally down.. the run is going to be a fail grade but i want to finish the run.. at least i walk or wat.. stood up and run another 100m.. BAM! fall again.. this time i really dun have the energy to continue.. i hate myself.. why so weak when im not really weak.. how shld i exactly phrase it? u noe wat im trying to say anyway rite?

fri was normal and when for GP tuition.. truth can be really scary.. trust me.. soon we will see human clones.. i always believed tt and Mr Tong's lessons prove tt i might be right this time.. seriously.. i cant believe i work with a clone.. or, someone just use the DNA from the tiny strand of hair i drop wherever i go to clone another me.. can u imagine having celebrities brothel? scary huh? tts wat i thot..

today was rather a busy day for me.. had to go for chem lessons early in the morning when i reached home rather late from tuition.. chem ended at 11 and had to rush down to IMM to preorder 5566's concert DVDs.. helped Yiwen too.. Peifen accompanied me.. Yiwen, u better thank her ah.. lol.. anyway, my main motive was to get the bottle of drink.. yup.. nth else.. then had to rush back to sch by 245pm for college day..

DAMN IT! the thing start at 4pm and we are to report at 245pm.. wat stupid planning is tt? college make ur stupid or wat? waste 4 hrs of my life on this stupid event which make it feel unfair for alot of ppl.. im not against anyone or CCAs.. but why i dun see racquet sports CCAs awardees? why i dun see bball players.. soccer players.. Dragonboat rowers? they dun deserve it? then i think ur being stupid enough to lick the butt of the cockcroach.. i dun see why they train like hell, balancing their studies at the same time and dun deserve the awards.. wat time does these ppl go home after their training? can they really focus their studies after training, rem they have to do tutorials too.. can u see how hard they are trying to do their best in both aspects.. wat abt weekends? they are under the sun.. sweating.. forgoing their time with frens.. sacrifices.. cant u see?! CAN U ?!

went to watch The DaVinci Code after college day.. was a great movie.. i dun care abt wats the content cos im a free thinker.. but most impt i really enjoy how smoothly the story can go with different facts.. Newton can be related to Christanity.. wow.. maybe i shld try to relate king of fruits, Durian with our Singapore's esplanade.. why Ang mohs hate durian when they love Esplande.. is there a lie behind it? they lied tt its smelly tts why they dun eat? is there a better excuse(oops), i mean reason why they dun eat durians and we Asian(most) loves it.. haha! anyway, below is a comparison between the book and movie..

In the movie, Langdon received the photograph of Sauniere's corpse after giving a symbology lecture in a university, while he is signing for the books. In the book, it is when he is in the hotel.

The movie makes no reference to the Divine Proportion.

Sophie found the hidden message in the Mona Lisa written at the bottom right of the painting. In the novel it is scrawled directly across Mona Lisa's face just like the one shown in the earlier trailers of the film.

Langdon deciphered the code "So Dark The Con of Man" hidden in the Mona Lisa right after they found it.

In the book, the bank number code is the unscrambled Fibonacci Sequence, after Langdon decides to not use the proper order. The movie uses the correct sequence

Bank manager and one-time collaborator André Vernet turns against Langdon and Sophie because he believes they killed a man to access his valuables, but not out of a dedication to protect Sauniere.

In the movie, Robert and Sophie are found at Teabing's manor when Fache forces the bank manager to activate the tracking device inside the truck. In the book, it is Remy who alerts the authorities.

No mention is ever made in the movie of the surveillance equipment in the top of the barn at Teabing's manor, nor of the miniature knight in Sauniere's office in which a bug had been placed.
There is no second cryptex inside the first. The solution to the cryptex (and the mirrored writing found on the panel behind the rose logo on the box) is the same as the second one in the book.

The role of Opus Dei in the movie is significantly less ominous than their portrayal in the book. In the movie, Aringarosa is actually a sinister member of a secret council of priests dedicated to the destruction of the Sangreal rather than the desperate leader of Opus Dei dealing with an official council of the Vatican. This leaves Silas' role as more of the tormented executor rather that of the blindly faithful servant. It is also revealed that Bezu Fache is also a member of Opus Dei in the movie.

Remy tells Silas that he is The Teacher in the limo, instead of one of his servants. Remy is poisoned by a pier in the Docklands of London instead of in the limo. In the book, Remy is "poisoned" with peanuts (due to a severe allergy). No mention of peanuts is made in the movie, and it appears he was killed with a more traditional poisoning.

Silas is killed beside where he shot Aringarosa. In the book he flees the scene with mortal wounds and dies in a park.

In the book, Sophie and Robert find a note at Newton's tomb telling them to go to a chapel in order to save Teabing, and it is at this chapel where they realize Teabing is "the Teacher". In the movie, Teabing reveals his true identity right at the tomb.

The revelation of the Teacher and the rest of the ending is presented differently. In the movie, Langdon and Sophie discovered the Sangreal documents - and thus the secrets of Sophie's ancestry - hidden beneath the Rosslyn Chapel.

The entrance to the tomb beneath Rosslyn Chapel is easily found in the movie, beneath an obvious symbol of the unified chalice and spear. In the book, no such entrance to the underground chamber exists (the chamber had only been confirmed by sonigrams, but Langdon and Sophie never see it) and the chalice/sword symbol is less obvious (the path of footprints worn into the floor).

In the book, Jacques Sauniere is Sophie's grandfather and the docent in Rosslyn Chapel is her brother. In the movie Jacques Sauniere and the docent are not related to Sophie.

In the book, Robert and Sophie kiss in the end. In the movie no romance is ever implied.

anyway, when i reached there, the 1st person i saw was Safiyah.. wah.. long time nvr see her le.. almost cant recognised her.. then when i was about to see her.. "Oi, Oi, OI!" haha.. i oi Eng shaw.. so glad to see ppl i noe in such a far JC.. with reference to my hse.. haha.. yup.. then had a little chat and walk ard.. too bad Derrick not ard.. aiya.. if not can tok more.. hee.. miss those days..

i left the sch ard 6 then go for dinner.. took a direct bus home.. 1.5hrs.. haiz.. why do i have to travel so long every week.. killing me.. one day need to spend so much time on travelling.. sianz..

ok.. in case u dun understand chinese characters, it is the interesting journey home for the both of us, Xin Yu and Me.. yup.. very very unlucky.. we took 2 hr plus to reach home.. left sch at 545pm and i only managed to reach home slightly earlier but still 8pm..

Beware! The following content might make you sick. Sorry for any acts mentioned above for it is not done on purpose.

Firstly, we left sch when dark clouds are gathering.. it was obvious tt it was going to rain.. very obvious.. so we took bus 156 to bishan.. but tt person beside me keep complaining tt she is tired.. so we might as well continue our journey on the bus even thou we reached Bishan station.. anyway, i dun think she get to sit on the train.. so might as well sit on the bus.. well.. we shld have know tt was a wrong move..

then we reached the bus stop where we change to bus 190.. it was raining very heavily.. she was wearing her fren's shoe so she cant dirty it.. we wanted to take tt little little risk of getting wet and uncomfortable but bus 105 came along so we decided to take to Far East where the overhead bridge is covered..

well.. on the way there, the opposite road where our supposed next bus 190 will go was jammed.. expressway too.. so unlucky.. so when we reached Far East, we walked to the station.. well.. of cos we got wet cos there is no cover to the station.. we shld have cross the bridge at the first bus stop!

well.. tts not all.. when we finally think the worst is over..

yup.. just wanna tok abt some misc stuffs... just some of the things tt happened this week and cos u noe.. im a very very busy person who reach home late almost everyday, i probably can do my very best in blogging every week.. i try to do more if i can..

yup.. the worst news i recieved this week is that Jie Yan's brother passed away cos of accident.. hey Jie Yan, u must continue to stand strong ok? i hope to see u in sch soon.. Jia you!

had 2 tests in a week.. physics and chemistry.. both are hell cos they are set to fail us.. yup.. as u noe, mid year is ard the corner, its good to have a difficult paper to wake us up and remind us tt we are not really tt smart to take our exams so u better study hard.. haha..

sch life is just as usual until now.. but we had our class photos on fri.. it was the best thing we can ever do as a class.. haha.. hope it will come out nice even with my "dunno nice anot" haircut.. haha.. i want to have precious moments in tt photos..

then went to watch Xiying's performance in AJC on fri.. it was a cultural nite i believe cos it is not really all on drama.. they have singing performance tt nite too.. yup.. we gave a sweet, yellow watermelon to her.. i believe it is very very sweet.. cos 西瓜真的很甜！for those who can understand, u can understand.. (wat nonsense)

ya.. then had chem and GP tuition today.. went for GP tuition today cos i will be having clique outing next fri(Vesak Day).. we will be going Pulau Ubin! yeh.. sure very fun de.. haha.. looking forward to tt day.. i miss u ppl.. so long nvr see ur le..

then today had family BBQ at Labrador Park.. the food is damn nice.. cos go out with family, food sure buy like no budget de ma.. unlike class BBQ... haha.. anyway, we eat halfway rain.. stupid la.. hate it lor..
